You never really know how well your organisation will respond to a crisis until it’s too late. Polpeo was created to give organisations the experience of going through a crisis and road-testing their plans in a secure, private environment.
Polpeo was co-founded by Tamara Littleton and Kate Hartley, who back in 2011 saw a shift in the way people were behaving towards organisations in a crisis. They saw a new pressure on organisations brought about by social media storms, polarisation, protests, activism, 24-hour news cycles and a new demand for transparency and a new style of communication.
Fast-forward to today, and that pressure is greater than ever.
