A Polpeo crisis simulation gives you the experience of managing and responding to a crisis as it breaks and unfolds. It is only by experiencing a crisis that you really learn what works and what doesn’t in your response, and where there might be gaps in your crisis preparedness.

A live crisis simulation stress-tests your crisis plans and processes, rehearses your teams, hones your communications response (both internal and external), and builds your resilience, all within a safe, secure environment, away from the glare of the public and media.

We can provide in-depth crisis training alongside your crisis simulation, and a Polpeo facilitator will guide and support you throughout the exercise.

The site is simple to use and fully interactive. On Polpeo, you will manage your response to the crisis, making operational and communications decisions, creating strategies and messaging, responding to calls and emails, and logging actions.

You will have to navigate the twists and turns of a realistic crisis, dealing with threats such as disinformation and misinformation, deepfakes, public outrage, political debate, social activism, backlash, protests and employee discontent. You can respond to messages from the public, media, employees and stakeholders, and experience  live media interviews, feeling the pressure as if it were a real crisis.

Behind the scenes, our live team of roleplayers mimic the public response to the crisis, and our content team edit news articles and social posts in real-time, making this a fully interactive experience.
